Sometimes a good choc chip cookie is just a necessity. I love to bake and these are so quick and easy to make. So I wanted to share the recipe with you. These are perfect for when you don't have much time but feel like baking.

½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups self raising flour
¾ cup of chocolate chips
1. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
2. Whisk in egg and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour then fold through Chocolate Chips.
4. Place teaspoonsful on greased baking trays.
5. Bake in a moderately slow oven 160°C for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
6. Cool on a wire rack.
